Bundestag of Germany provides with an opportunity to visit Berlin and to work in the parliament for five months. PDF Print E-mail
FRG Parliament, Free University of Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin and Technical University of Berlin implement International Parliament Stipendium Project. The target group is bachelors and masters, who are ready to use the experience and knowledge attained aboard to apply for the welfare of their motherland for its development.
Annually about 120 students from 25 countries arrive in Berlin in the framework of this project and being provided with the opportunity to work in Bundestag. Armenia participates in this project for the second time. Usually the quantity of participants is being decided by the population rate and three permits are allocated for Armenia. But our students showed excellent results and five lucky personalities moved to Berlin last year.
The requirements for the applicants are: citizen of a country, University education, good skills in German language and be no elder than 30 years old.
Bundestag covers the trip fees, insurance and hostel expenses of the participant, provides with 450 euro monthly stipendium. Student becomes the assistant of a deputy in Bundestag for five months, implements documentary issues, helps to prepare speeches. He also participates in lectures and seminars at the above mentioned HEI.
