The strategy of external relation development shall promote the expansion of international relations, create conditions for  its quality and productivity, the integration of the European educational structure, develop and broaden the collaboration with the organizations of production, scientific and scientific-educational, as well as with business and social structures.

Goals:

• To broaden current international relations, to satisfy the requirements of their quality and productivity.
• To promote the formation of regular collaborations with the European Union, the Council of Europe and with other structures of educational, scientific research and information.
• To improve the conditions of education with Armenian and foreign scientific schools and with the materials and information of experience of advanced pedagogical scientific research.
• To establish a collaborative institutional mechanism between EREA and other institutions in Armenia in the field of international activities.
• To broaden and establish new business relations between Armenian and foreign enterprises and organizations
• To establish international relations, to organize conventions, seminars and exhibitions and active participations for carrying out the analysis of fundamental and applicable issues.
• To create and make public the information about EREA in the international educational market.
• To establish and carry out an active policy in public affairs in all the levels of different fields of international activities. To advocate the possibilities of EREA about the education of foreign students and in the field of joint scientific research activities.
• To establish a mechanism of collaboration with foreign departments in the field of international activities.
• To be admitted to international organizations, to work out joint programs
• To search for chances for the participation of EREA in the regional and international educational and fundraising programs and projects.
• To raise the competitiveness of the results of the educational and scientific research of EREA on the international level.
• To establish the career centre at the Academy, systematize and broaden the contacts with the graduates of EREA.
