Information about Law Faculty

Law Faculty of European Educational Regional Academy was founded in 2003.

The dean of Law Faculty is L.Hovhannisyan, by initiative of whom and approval of lecturers of Law Faculty “Program of activity and major developing direnctions of Law Faculty of EERA” was adopted in 09.09.2005.

The Works of Faculty is organized by Chair of  European Law and Comparative Jurisprudence, which developing main directions are European Private and Public Law, International Law, Comparative Jurisprudence.

Teaching in Law Faculty is realizing in sections of Bachelor, Magistrates and Post-Graduate Study.

The educational plans of Law Faculty envisage teaching different subjects relating to European Private and Public Law simultaneously within National Law, which is stipulated by realization of the two main project goals of the Faculty:

• Deep profound of European Private and Public Law simultaneously within Law of RA in Bachelor. Specialization of European and International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence in the Magistrates.
• With the necessity of preparing competent lawyers, specialized in national and European legislation and theory as well as corresponding to the European and EU integration educational activities and criteria in the Republic of Armenia.

In Faculty professional subjects are taught in Armenian and English languages by the lecturers of mentioned above chair, by the specialists invited from Europe and from the international organizations.

In Law Faculty of Academy teach doctor’s of science, professor’s, professionally qualified specialists and masters.
