European Regional Academy is an interstate and a non-profit fund with RA Government’s involvement which offers graduate and post-graduate programs, short and long-term courses in vocational training and qualification as well as college (vocational) educational programs in accordance with European standards in Yerevan and in the regions of Armenia as well.

ERA is an interstate higher educational institution which was set up on the basis of contracts and agreements signed with a number of European countries. In order to carry out the program on October 15, 2001 the Government of RA came up with the decision No 978. The Government of RA is the constituent party of ERA.
