VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian delivered public lecture “VivaCell-MTS – A Business with a Mission” before the audience at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the European Regional Academy (ERIICTA).

Before the lecture, Andranik Avetisyan rector of the institute bestowed Ralph Yirikian with an honorary medal of the Academy.

VivaCell-MTS General Manager met with the students, the faculty and alumni of the University, and presented the strategy of business development, technical development of network and Corporate Responsibility, adopted by the Company. Major focus of the lecture was innovation and adaptation in telecommunications technology and application of innovative models in business processes. Ralph Yirikian shared company’s recent achievements and innovations in the field of product development and customer care, and presented on the core aspects of the business model of the Company.
